My fitness journey began in 2013 when I transformed my sedentary lifestyle, losing 50 pounds and gaining confidence through consistent movement and nutrition. As a mother and wife, my family motivates me to stay healthy and active, creating lasting memories together. Meeting my husband at the gym added a special bond to our shared passion for fitness. Fitness has provided me with mental resilience, clarity, and focus, enabling me to break toxic cycles and embrace self-love. After becoming a mother, I achieved the best shape of my life, proving dedication can overcome any challenge. Today, I prioritize fitness with the hopes of inspiring others to embark on their own transformative journeys and discover the incredible benefits of a healthy, active lifestyle.

Hi my name is Shantel, Health and Fitness has always been apart of my life in some shape or form, I started playing sports at a young age. My dedication comes from wanting to teach my daughter and family how to love and nourish their bodies in a healthy, positive way. Building muscle and lifting heavy is what I enjoy most about working out. Rizzo health and fitness has been a pilar in continuing to better my health and fitness journey.
My favourite exercise is The bent over row, dumbbells or with barbells, it’s always a great way to challenge my strength and get my heart rate up! 😊
