PROGRAM QUESTIONS

Our training is run through a custom app that you will have access to! From there you will have access to chat with coaches, your fitness program will be delivered through it along with your nutrition. The fitness program will include all information necessary to succeed with your workouts, including videos to show correct form.

We realize that nutrition has to be flexible for everyone’s goals, lifestyle and commitment levels therefore we offer two different types of nutrition coaching.

Macro plan: A macro plan is a personalized approach to nutrition that focuses on tracking and balancing the intake of macronutrients: carbs, fats and proteins. Instead of simply counting calories individuals follow a macro plan set with specific targets for each macro based on their individual goals. By carefully monitoring and adjusting their macro intake, individuals aim to optimize their body composition and energy levels while still enjoying a flexible and sustainable diet

Nutrition guideline: A core nutrition guide typically refers to a set of principles or recommendations aimed at promoting a balanced and healthy diet. It may include information on macros, portion control, meal timing etc. This guide may offer tips on choosing nutrient dense foods, meal planning and making sustainable dietary changes. 


YES!  Your workouts are completely tailored to your lifestyle whether that be your home gym, you have a few bands and dumbbells, the gym or even some bodyweight workouts for when you travel this is completely customized to you and your needs.

I’ll create a training plan custom to you and your body based around the equipment you have.



Clients have complete access to our coaches via the custom app. They can message us at any point to ask questions, provide feedback etc. We also connect frequently through our group messaging which includes all clients here we share recipes, tips and tricks and general lifestyle tips.



All 3, 6 or 12 month programs can be paid in monthly increments via credit card or e-transfer.



During your onboarding phase with Rizzo Health and fitness we complete a intiaily fitness and nutrition assessment which allows us to completely cater your program to you and your needs
