A certified personal trainer, holistic nutritionist and the proud owner of Rizzo Health Fitness, which I started in 2023. As a busy mom of a toddler and two energetic dogs, I understand the challenges of balancing life, family, and fitness. My journey in health and fitness has been transformative—I lost 120 pounds since 2020, faced a 75-pound weight gain during my pregnancy in 2021, and successfully lost that weight again. I specialize in postpartum fitness and am passionate about helping busy women achieve their health and fitness goals. As a certified trainer and holistic nutritionist, I bring expertise in weight loss and nutrition, particularly for women dealing with hormonal issues like PCOS, a condition I personally manage.
